In this seminar we will be discussing the new volume "State Law and Legal Positivism The Global Rise of a New Paradigm" edited by Badouin Dupret and Jean-Louis Halpérin. The volume deals with the "positivizaton of law" in various contexts. Therefore, it provides a broad space for theoretical and empirical discussion on the subject of legal change.
