Collective ownership: a historical perspective

This work focuses on the study of the historical development of land ownership forms, finding the original ownership forms in collective property. The research will also touch on the historical presence of the ancient institute of civic uses and their current relevance from a comparison point of view with the Italian situation, attempting to reconstruct the related discipline and possible relevance. In particular, the research topic will be addressed from two profiles: a first analysis profile which intends to focus on the German and European historical perspective; the second profile focuses, conversely, on the perspective on German and European colonial territories.

Proprietà collettive: una prospettiva storica

Il presente lavoro verte sullo studio dello sviluppo storico delle forme di proprietà della terra, rinvenendo nelle proprietà collettive le forme proprietarie originarie. La ricerca andrà a toccare anche la presenza storica del risalente istituto degli usi civici e della loro attuale rilevanza sotto un profilo di comparazione con la situazione italiana, tentando di ricostruirne la relativa disciplina ed eventuale attualità. In particolare, il tema della ricerca verrà affrontato sotto due profili: un primo profilo di analisi che intende soffermarsi sulla prospettiva storica tedesca ed europea; il secondo profilo verte, per converso, sulla prospettiva sui territori coloniali tedeschi ed europei.
